PRICE LIST
Physiotherapy
- Initial Assessment $125 (approx. 45 min to 60 min - 1 area/part of the body)
- Initial Assessment: $149 (approx. 60-75 min; 2 area/part of the body)
- Subsequent Visit: $85 (approx. 30 minutes - 1 area/part of the body)
- Subsequent Visit $95 (approx. 45-50 minutes - 1 or 2 areas of injury)
**After 3-6 months of inactivity, the first session back for the same area of the body will be treated as an Initial Assessment; but at the discounted rate of $105**’
Neurological Conditions
- Initial Visit: $149 (60-90 Minutes)
- Subsequent Visits: $95 (45-60 Minutes)
Physiotherapy Home Visits:
- Initial and Subsequent Visits: $150 per hour
(additional charges will be applied for sessions longer than one hour)
(travel time/costs may be applied depending on location. Please contact facility for more information)
Chiropractic Visits
- Initial Assessment: $100 (approx. 45 min)
- Subsequent Visit: $70 (approx. 30 min)
- Subsequent Visit $50 (approx. 15 min)
Massage Therapy and Acupuncture
- 1 Hour: $92.92 + HST = $105
- 45 Minutes: $79.65 + HST = $90
- 75 Minutes $115.05 + HST = $130
- 1 1/2 Hour: $132.75 + HST $150
Chiropodist Assessment
- Custom Orthotics (Charged by appointment)
- Foot Care: $75 - $150 Per Session
WSIB Forms/Requesting Documents
- FAF Forms/Progress Report: $40
- Single Paged Reports/Documentation $40
- Any additional paperwork/copying/documentation/reports $2.25 per page plus a $15 administration fee

48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED - CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00 directly billed to the credit card on file. If the appointment is cancelled or missed within 24hours, the full session charge will be applied. Third party sponsors do NOT cover this fee. (E.g. EHC, Auto insurance and WSIB)
